  • Market pricing data from StockX, GOAT, and eBay (publicly available)
  • Sneaker product data from KicksDB

  • Provide the core Service features (collection tracking, market valuations, want list)
  • Process subscription payments and manage billing
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, subscription receipts)

  • OpenAI — AI-powered features (shoe identification, caption generation)
  • Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection
  • Buffer — social media scheduling for KickHive's own posts

Public profile: If you choose to make your collection or profile public, that information is visible to anyone with the link.

Legal disclosure: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of KickHive and its users.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted by base44 and may be located in Australia or overseas. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls to protect your data.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your KickHive account.
